Kelly Smith has been with Parts Town for 15 years, serving in a range of roles across product data, customer experience, marketing, , and innovation as part of the Red Lightning team. She currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience, where she leads the strategy and execution of customer initiatives across all business segments.

Kelly is passionate about continuously evolving the customer journey – refining processes, implementing innovative tools, and driving forward-thinking programs to deliver an exceptional and seamless customer experience. Her dedication lies in not only optimizing how we serve our customers today but also shaping the future of what world-class service looks like at Parts Town.

Kelly has played a pivotal role during her tenure at Parts Town, helping guide the company through five major acquisitions and co-leading a successful enterprise-wide ERP migration. Her unwavering commitment to customer excellence and her steady leadership during times of significant growth and transformation have been instrumental in driving Parts Town’s continued success.

Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University. Outside of work, she is an avid runner and has completed two marathons in support of Smile Train – a nonprofit that provides life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries for children around the world. This cause is especially close to her heart, as she was born with this condition herself. On weekends, Kelly enjoys quality time with her family and can often be found cheering her two children on at the baseball, soccer or softball fields along with her husband.
