Bike Howard leads strategy, innovation, and product management for ADI + Snap One’s digital business solutions for the smart-living integrator market globally. Prior to joining ADI + Snap One, she served as the shared digital capability leader across the Ally Financial portfolio and in global eCommerce and Business Development roles at Husqvarna Outdoor Products. Driving engagement and growth through well-orchestrated, smart, and delightful experiences is the focus of Bike’s career. ADI + Snap One’s digital store places in the top spot for the industry and is key to deploying growth strategies like loyalty programs, catalog expansions, and targeting at scale.

Bike holds a Bachelor of Science from Missouri Science & Tech, and an MBA from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business with dual concentration on Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management.

She lives in Charlotte, NC with her family where she volunteers as a youth mentor and enjoys the outdoors, reading, and international travel as ways to recharge.
