Helene is currently Global Vice-President Marketing at Xerox Corporation.  She leads the worldwide marketing for Xerox Graphic Communications Solutions and has international hands on market experience in Asia and North America.

During a 9-year journey in Asia in the senior leadership team of Fuji Xerox, she has lead the strategic digital marketing transformation and implementation of a regional digital marketing center and developed a complete guide on how to sell and deploy 1to1 marketing services and value-add services. Bringing innovative strategies in traditional companies has been invaluable in tackling the most challenging transformation journeys.

Known for her in-depth knowledge of the print production industry (GC), her expertise extends to business operations, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies. Her competence in data-driven persona marketing (1to1) was recognized globally. She is the original founder of the Xerox 1to1 lab that has gained worldwide recognition and awards. Over 15 case studies have been published on how Helene and her extended team’s deployed strategic marketing personalized campaigns positively impacted the marketing efforts of large and mid-size brands.
