Jason Tillis is Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Brady, one of North America's largest distributors and solutions providers. Since joining the company in 2008, Jason has played a key role in its growth and transformation, helping expand its footprint, strengthen customer partnerships, and build a culture focused on execution and service. Today, he leads Imperial Brady following the 2026 combination of Imperial Dade and BradyPLUS. Known for his hands-on, people-first leadership style, Jason is committed to supporting employees, strengthening customer relationships, and driving operational excellence across the organization. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Boston University. He serves as a Founding Trustee of the New York City Hospitality Alliance and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tri-State Law Enforcement Foundation.
