Lee has built his career in sales and leadership, from his early days in outside sales to leading inside sales teams and now serving as Director of Customer Experience, supporting leaders and inside sales teams across 37 locations. Along the way, he has developed a passion for helping people grow — not only in their professional skills, but also in finding balance and fulfillment in their work. He believes that thriving in today’s workplace means more than hitting targets; it’s about fostering curiosity, building confidence, and creating space for both performance and well-being.
