Lang is the Chief Executive Officer at CIVANA – an immersive wellness resort
located right outside of Scottsdale, AZ. An industry veteran with twenty-five
years of leadership experience, Maggie most recently held senior positions at
United Airlines and Kimpton Hotels. At United, Maggie held multiple
leadership roles, specifically in ancillary revenue, loyalty, and brand. During
her tenure at Kimpton, Maggie led marketing, loyalty, and guest experience,
earning Kimpton multiple awards. Additionally, Maggie was the creator of
Kimpton Karma Rewards, an innovative industry-first loyalty program. Maggie
also served as the executive champion for Kimpton Women, a mentor program for
emergent female leaders. In an industry where women represent only 5% of chief
executives, Maggie remains a vocal advocate of female leadership and mentoring,
and is committed to providing a space where all are welcome to thrive.
a daily practitioner of yoga and meditation and has a passion for holistic home
cooking. When not tending to her vegetable garden or going for a run, Maggie is
cheering on her two active kids at their regular sporting events.
