Her current work focuses on modernizing Cargill Food's digital ecosystem through scalable customer experiences, always-on engagement strategies and evolving approaches to AI discoverability, AEO and GEO. Rachel is particularly interested in how AI is changing B2B customer discovery—and how marketers can rethink their content, websites and digital experiences to ensure their brands can be found, understood and recommended in an AI-first world.
Pick a topic, grab a seat, and join the conversation. Each table is led by an industry peer and centered on one challenge B2B leaders are working through right now. No slides and no presentations, just open discussion. Questions are drawn from the fishbowl to spark the conversation, and when a topic has run its course, the next one comes out of the bowl. You're also welcome to drop in a question of your own. Come ready to share what's working, what isn't, and leave with ideas you can actually use.
