Stu Tisdale is the Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at ADI, where he leads the company’s digital strategy and drives a seamless omnichannel customer experience across all touchpoints. He oversees e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, loyalty programs, pricing, analytics, creative services, and technical sales support. Known for spearheading initiatives such as ADI Pro Rewards, AI-powered sales tools, and cloud-based pricing, Stu additionally leads the company’s Voice of the Customer program and plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions, contributing to seven acquisitions since 2020.
With deep expertise in B2B marketing, digital strategy, and commercial excellence, Stu previously served as Vice President, Strategy & Commercial, and has held various roles in marketing and category management at ADI, as well as product management and marketing at Henry Schein, Inc. He is an active member of the National Association of Wholesale-Distributors and a frequent speaker on digital transformation. Stu holds an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, and a BA in Economics (with honors), both from Fordham University.
