Suswara Gayam is a Customer Experience Architect at Caterpillar, with responsibilities over 100 websites, 15 integrated platforms and marketing over 11,000 products across 12 global locales.  She has been completely dedicated to the Cat.com transformation as ‘the center of the universe’ for the digital customer experience.  She leads business, design, technical and content teams to generate engagement and attributable sales on Cat Digital channels.  She has been focused on B2B companies and Caterpillar the past 5 years, however, her diverse 10 year Digital Strategy experience include mobile startups, fashion /beauty retailer and insurance.
