Prior to joining Ferguson in 2005, he served as Vice President of Information Technology for Stock Building Supply, a subsidiary of Ferguson’s parent company. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of information technology across the company. He also acted as Chairman for Stock’s ERP implementation and developed the initial strategic plans for moving the business into e-commerce.

 

Prior to joining Stock Building Supply in 1997, Mr. Brooks was CEO and Founder of Norcon Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in technology for the wholesale distribution and retail markets.

 

He currently serves as a Director of J.J. Haines - a privately-held distribution company, a member of the Board of Directors for the Lackey Clinic, and a Board member of William & Mary’s Masters of Science in Business Analytics program.
