Ales Drabek is Chief Digital Officer from the retail and B2B distribution industry. His experience includes electronic, IoT, FMCG (food and non-food) and fashion, having worked for leading international retailers & distributors like Conrad Electronic, METRO Group, Rossmann and C&A. As Chief Disruption Officer he is responsible for developing a new type of digital business models and disruption from not any more modern processes and way of working.
Jodi began working in the solar industry as Finance Manager for Dankoff Solar in 2003 after obtaining her Masters in accounting from University of New Mexico. She was pleasantly surprised to find herself working in an industry with many people who shared her passion for environmental and energy concerns. Jodi was part of the start-up group at Focused Energy in March of 2008 and saw it through acquisition by BayWa r.e. in 2010. She is proud to be part of a fantastic team that is truly dedicated to serving customers. Jodi also has an undergraduate degree in Geology from The Colorado College, where she developed a passion for hiking, backpacking, and beautiful rocks. Prior
to joining Ferguson in 2005, he served as Vice President of Information
Technology for Stock Building Supply, a subsidiary of Ferguson’s parent company.
In this role, he was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of
information technology across the company. He also acted as Chairman for
Stock’s ERP implementation and developed the initial strategic plans for moving
the business into e-commerce.

to joining Stock Building Supply in 1997, Mr. Brooks was CEO and Founder of
Norcon Technologies, a consulting firm specializing in technology for the

company, a member of the Board of Directors for the Lackey Clinic, and a Board

Kilian is a co-founder of the worlds
biggest Life Science Marketplace ZAGENO and was responsible for establishing
and leading several business units from 2015 to 2017, including Marketing,

Sales. Since 2018, he has focused primarily on medium and long-term strategic

Rob Milstead is
the Senior Vice President for Digital at Genuine Parts Company. In his role,
Rob oversees Genuine Parts’ digital initiatives around the world focusing on
using digital technology to improve the customer experience, drive competitive
advantage and capitalize on digital investments to grow topline and bottom line
performance.
Rob joined GPC
in early 2015 following a successful 20+ year career in the consulting world
where his experiences ranged from running his own marketing agency to working
for one of the world’s largest business and technology firms. His focus has
been nearly exclusively on digital where he’s developed deep expertise in
digital marketing, user experience, analytics, ecommerce, mobile solutions, and

Sarah Golish is a demonstrated
leader, bringing both engineering and business expertise to the demand
generation practice at Acuity Brands. Her position spans both the traditional
lighting, controls and IoT technology businesses of Acuity for marketing
communications, lead generation, digital marketing, brand management, and
training & education.
Prior to Acuity, she
held a range of leadership roles over a ten-year period at Emerson Electric.
Her experience ranges from marketing and product management to strategic
planning for Emerson’s Network Power and Commercial & Residential Solutions
business units. She also brings experience from engineering roles within
Rockwell Automation and Lucent Technologies.
Sarah holds a Master’s
in Business Administration from Duke University, a Master’s in Electrical
Engineering from Columbia University, and a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Notre Dame.
Tracy Robertson currently serves as Kimberly-Clark Professional’s Global
Vice President of Customer Experience. In this role, Tracy is responsible for all aspects of customer experience,
digital transformation, and sales effectiveness to ensure the delivery of a
high-quality, end-to-end experience across the entire customer journey. Prior
to joining KCP, Tracy spent 10 years at GE in various global commercial
leadership roles. Her last two-years at GE she served as part of a
mission-based team driving a company-wide project to define the strategy and implementation of
GE’s Commercial and Customer Digital Transformation. Called upon to
manage change, Tracy has delivered measurable results by comprehensively

of parts, supplies, and equipment to the foodservice industry. With a strong background in technology and 20
years of distribution experience, she leverages her operational knowledge to
identify and champion opportunities to drive digital transformation within the
company. To uncover opportunities for new business prospects as well as for
organic growth through the B2B offering, Aura partners with customers to
develop and present digital strategies. She
defines the strategy and develops the roadmap that continues to evolve the B2B
engagement between DFS and their partners.
Alison F. Zepp is Vice President,
Marketing and Strategy for Jessup Manufacturing Company, a global manufacturer
of adhesive coated films used in industrial, commercial and consumer products.
In this role, she develops business and e-commerce strategy and directs product
and brand development, marketing technology, marketing communications, inside
sales, and customer service.
Prior to joining Jessup, Ms. Zepp
was Vice President, Board of Directors for Innovation Experts, a nonprofit
organization supplying e-books, digital subscriptions, mobile apps, and other
services to libraries. Ms. Zepp served
as Vice President, Marketing for Follett Library Resources and BWI, Inc., from
2008-2012. Ms. Zepp developed the operating group’s digital strategy that
produced FollettShelf, the popular cloud-based e-reader for K-12 schools, and a
broad offering of digital content.
Ms. Zepp’s earlier assignments
include Chief Marketing Officer of Grohe America, Inc., a global plumbing
manufacturer, where she was responsible for strategy, product innovation, and consumer
marketing, and Vice President of Marketing at Juno Lighting Group, a lighting
